    • To contact clients who have made a booking for a service to update them in the event of any changes.

    • We collect CCTV recordings and audio at property entrances to prevent unlawful access or damage to our property.

    • We may need to cancel or change bookings and need to contact clients in this event.

How long we keep information

Any information is held securely and confidentially and will be retained as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations and service provision.

 

In addition, we may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with national laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation and take other actions permitted or required by applicable national laws.

 

After it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal information, we dispose of it in a secure manner.

Client booking details are kept indefinitely by Acuity Scheduling. These records are not held or downloaded by Wychbold Walkies. If you wish your customer account to be deleted by us, please contact info@wychboldwalkies.co.uk

 

CCTV recordings are kept for 21 days only.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
